SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25 12:00 - 3:00 PM
Meet our principal, talk with faculty and coaches, and let a student walk your family through campus. Every grade level welcome, whether she's applying this year or in four.
The afternoon opens with an information session at 12:15pm in the Performing Arts Center, with Carol Ann Michaelson, Xavier's Principal. She'll cover the school's mission, the admissions process, and how families can lower the cost of a Catholic education.
After that, the day is yours. Talk to whoever you want to talk to, and take a campus tour led by a Student Ambassador whenever you're ready.
Faculty - Every academic department, and every elective. Theater, orchestra, band, art, and dance included.
Coaches - Every sport, all levels
Administrators - Admissions, financial aid, academics
Financial Aid and Scholarship Organizations - Catholic Education Arizona and other School Tuition Organizations, on the floor to answer your questions directly
Alumnae - Women who have been through it and out the other side
Mothers' Guild and Dads' Club - Current parents with an honest take
Over $25 million in college scholarships each year - What Xavier students are awarded, annually. Worth reading twice if you're weighing the cost.
More than a third graduate with an Associate's Degree - Through our partnership with Rio Salado College. Two years of college credit, earned in high school.
Every leadership role held by a young woman - Every club officer, team captain, editor, and student ambassador.
All are welcome.
Our campus is walled, so the street address won't bring you to the right entrance. Enter at the intersection of 7th Street and Highland Avenue. Park anywhere on campus.
All families and students, every grade level. If she's in 6th or 7th grade and years away from applying, this is still the right afternoon to come.
The information session happens once at 12:15 pm in the Performing Arts Center. It doesn't repeat. So if you want to hear about the school's mission, admissions process, and financial aid options, be sure to arrive for that.
Afterward, everyone moves to Founders Hall where every academic department, every elective, and every sports team is represented. Meet teachers, administrators, and coaches, ask whatever you want to ask, and then a Student Ambassador will take your family on a tour.
Stay as long as it's useful. We're here until 3:00 pm.
Tell us you're coming and we'll make sure there are enough Student Ambassadors for tours and enough faculty on hand for your questions. We'll also send you information about the school and the admissions process before the day.
